How long have you been in business?
Eisenmann Construction has been in business 27 years since 1999. I have been in the building business since 1972
What is your primary product or service?
Residential & Commercial remodeling - We also build new houses & buildings
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started working for my father who was a contractor when I was 12 years old. I went in business for myself the first time at 19 years old. Had several business's that I was a partner in plus worked for several contractors as a superintendent or project manager. I have been licensed by the State of Florida since 1986 when I was 30 yrs old.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I personally manage all of my work and pay attention to the details. If I think a client is going down the wrong path, I tell them. A happy customer that gets good value at a fair price is my best advertizement!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
My office is in my house and I have no plans to expand

I meet people at their house, condo or place of business
What type of payments do you accept?
Check or cash
Which areas do you service?
Sarasota, Bradenton to South Tampa
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
My wife Sue (LPN Nurse) & I each own 50%. I run all the day to day.
What are your hours of operation?
Mainly 7am to 5pm - 5 days a week - Commercial work is sometimes done after hours or on weekends if needed
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Hearing from a new client that we were reccommended by a friend or co-worker of theirs
