What is your primary product or service?
American Plan (all inclusive) seasonal resort and summer cottages available.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Grew up in the family owned since 1960. Environmental educator, naturalist, experienced all aspect of the resort business both in Rhode Island at the Weekapaug Inn and Florida at the Manasota Beach Club, which has become an eco destination.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a unique all inclusive resort with historical cottages and Clubhouse with seasonal dining available. Situated in between the Gulf of Mexico in a natural coastal hammock and the shores of Lemon Bay on Manasota Key in Englewood, Florida.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location on twenty acres situated between the Gulf of Mexico and Lemon Bay. We have plans to expand our small business retreat opportunities, pre and post season wedding and family reunion venues. We looking are to broaden our guest base though local and international marketing.

From I-75, exit 193, turn on Jacaranda Blvd for 5.2 miles, turn left (South) on State Road 776 at traffic light then travel 1.6 miles then turn right on Manasota Beach Road. Follow for 1.7 miles to bridge over Lemon Bay. Turn left on Manasota Key Road. Follow for 1.7 miles to Club/Resort driveway. (7660 Manasota Key Road) Driving time from Exit 193 to Club driveway is approximately 18 minutes.

Cash/checks, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Family owned and operated with Sydney B. Crampton, General Manager.
What are your hours of operation?
Seasonal 24 hour coverage from mid November to May 1st. Summer hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, (7 days a week). Evening hours on-site manager on call.
