How long have you been in business?
As of 2013, Hillview Grill has been in Sarasota for almost 30 years. The current owners have been in charge since 2008.
What is your primary product or service?
Full-service restaurant
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Grew up in the business with my father and his restaurants & bars in Chicago. Owned a couple restaurants in Phoenix, AZ.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pay attention to quality ingredients and making sure every dish is prepared fresh to order.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We focus only on Hillview Grill

Tamiami (US 41) to Hillview St., just south of Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Head west, we are 1-1/2 blocks down on the south side of the street.

What are your hours of operation?
Mon - Fri, serving lunch and dinner, starting at 11:30 am. Sat., dinner only starting at 4:30. Closed Sundays.
