How long have you been in business?
Since 2008.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a NON-PROFIT team of Paranormal Investigators/Researchers. ..... Our goal is to help our clients understand what it is that they are experiencing, and hopefully ease any fears that they might be having. ..... We accomplish this by conducting interviews and investigations of reported paranormal activity. .....We do not consider ourselves as "ghost hunters", because we strive to explain the unexplained. We do not use the term "haunted" just because a floorboard creaks, or because we saw an odd shadow.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Ever since moving into our residence 11 years ago, we got the feeling that there was "something" about our house. Our children told us almost identical stories of someone waking them up in the middle of the night to play with them. These stories were told to us almost 5 years apart. Both times, we discounted them as active imaginations. ..... About two years ago, we saw the show "Ghost Hunters", and started figuring out that there may have been something to what the kids had told us in the past. ..... Last year, we had some events happen, that we just could not explain, and that was when we decided to start the team. We assembled a few of our closest friends, and formed S.P.I.R.I.T.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are not trying to be "rock stars" in the field. We just want to help the folks who are afraid to tell their stories out of fear of ridicule or public persecution.
What type of payments do you accept?
We are a NON-PROFIT organization, and do not charge for our services. ..... All expences are paid either out-of-pocket, or with the help of any donations made to the team.
Which areas do you service?
We service Sarasota, Bradenton, and Venice areas primarily.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
